§ 17-1807 - Approval of zoning authorities

§17-1807.

(a) In Baltimore County, the clerk may not issue a trader’s license for the first time without the approval of the zoning commissioner.

(b) In an area of Cecil County where the Cecil County Office of Planning and Zoning has jurisdiction, the clerk may not issue a trader’s license for the first time until the applicant has obtained zoning approval from that office.

(c) (1) In Howard County, the clerk may not issue a trader’s license for the first time without the approval of the Director of the Office of Planning and Zoning.

(2) Within 3 working days after an application for a trader’s license is submitted for review to the Director of the Office of Planning and Zoning, the Director shall notify the clerk of the approval or disapproval of the application.
