§ 14-402 - Seals


MD Bus Occ & Prof Code § 14-402 (2013) What's This?

§14-402.

(a) Each professional engineer may obtain a seal for use as required under § 14-403 of this subtitle.

(b) The seal shall:

(1) be of a design determined by the Board; and

(2) include:

(i) the legend “professional engineer”; and

(ii) the name and license number of the professional engineer who holds the seal.
