§402. Prepayment of premium
An insurance company that issues workers' compensation insurance policies may not require prepayment of premium more than 1/4 year in advance. [1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §§9-11 (AFF); 1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §8 (NEW).]
