CHAPTER 53. COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES
§2681. Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to further provide for the operation of community based services for the mentally ill, the mentally retarded, the elderly, and the disabled through the Medicaid program in the state and for the maintenance of community based services available under that program.
