RS 46:2397 — Reimbursement system; rules
§2397. Reimbursement system; rules
The Department of Health and Human Resources shall cooperate with all providers to establish a reimbursement system based on the level of care for persons receiving the services. The department shall promulgate rules for implementation of the reimbursement system by July 1, 1988, and shall submit such rules to the Joint Committee on Health and Welfare for review in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
