RS 46:2394 — Repayment of loans
§2394. Repayment of loans
Any loan granted by the department under this Chapter shall be repaid by the private, non-profit organization over a five year period, commencing upon the completion of the first year of operation. The private, non-profit organization shall submit to the department an annual statement setting forth the residential service that it has provided during the year together with such other information as the department, by rule, shall require. The method of repayment will be determined by rule and regulation promulgated by the Department of Health and Human Resources.
