§1793. Rules and regulations
The Department of Children and Family Services may adopt, promulgate, and enforce such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to implement the provisions of this Part. The regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the administrative procedure act, R.S. 49:951 et seq. as amended.
