CHAPTER 14-E. CHILD CARE WORKERS
§1445. Legislative intent; declaration of policy
It is the intent of the legislature to protect the health, safety, and well-being of the children of the state who are in out-of-home care on a regular or consistent basis. To that end, it shall be the policy of the state to ensure protection of all individuals under care in child care facilities by encouraging child care workers to obtain certification through child care educational training programs.
