RS 46:1429 — Exceptions; religious organizations
§1429. Exceptions; religious organizations
A recognized religious organization which is qualified as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code, which remains open for not more than twenty-four hours in a continuous seven-day week, and in which no individual child remains for more than twenty-four hours in one continuous stay shall not be considered a "day care center" for the purposes of this Chapter.
