§1424. Time for making license application
Except as provided in Section 1405 of this Chapter, any existing child care facility or child placing agency as defined in R.S. 46:1403 which is not licensed under the provisions of this Chapter shall make application for license within one hundred and eighty days following the effective date of this Chapter.
