42.0175 Office of Fleet Management. (1) (2) (3) The Office of Fleet Management pursuant to KRS 42.0145 shall be generally responsible for all technical and administrative services related to the Commonwealth’s fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to: (a) Procuring vehicles; (b) Maintaining and repairing vehicles; (c) Reserving, assigning, and distributing vehicles; (d) Reporting fleet mileage; and (e) Performing any additional administrative functions and duties the secretary may assign. There shall be established in the Office of Fleet Management the following divisions which shall be headed by a division director who shall report to the executive director of the Office of Fleet Management: (a) Division of Maintenance; and (b) Division of Operations and Administration. The division directors appointed under this section shall be appointed by the secretary with the approval of the Governor under KRS 12.050. There may be, if needed, sections assigned to specific areas of work, responsible directly to the executive director of the Office of Fleet Management.
