158.483 Prohibition against false representation as police officer, agent, or employee of a police department of a local school district. No person shall falsely represent himself or herself to be a police officer, agent, or employee of a police department of a local school district and in that assumed character arrest or detain, search, or question, in any manner the person or property of any person, nor shall any person without the authority of the board of education of the local school district wear the official uniform, insignia, badge, or identification of the department.
