118.027 Suspension or revision of election statutes. Except as required by KRS 39A.100 related to the emergency powers granted to the Governor and Secretary of State as to the time and place for holding elections, no government official other than the General Assembly may suspend or revise any statute pertaining to elections. Effective: June 29, 2021 History: Created 2021 Ky. Acts ch. 197, sec. 72, effective June 29, 2021.
