407.5102 State tribunals and support enforcement agency. The Circuit Court, District Court, family courts, and the Department for Income Support, Child Support Enforcement, within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall be the tribunals of this state. The Department for Income Support, Child Support Enforcement, within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall be the support enforcement agency of this state.
