324A.060 Goods and services -- Administrative coordinator. (1) (2) The board may obtain office space, utilities, furniture, supplies, and other goods and services that are reasonably necessary for carrying out the provisions of KRS 324A.010 to 324A.090. The administrative coordinator of the board shall be a certified general or certified residential real property appraiser and shall possess not less than ten (10) years of experience as an appraiser within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
