A tribunal of this state may enforce a child support order of another state registered for purposes of modification, in the same manner as if the order had been issued by a tribunal of this state, but the registered support order may be modified only if the requirements of KRS 407.5611 or 407.5613 have been met. Effective: July 15, 2016 History: Amended 2016 Ky. Acts ch. 77, sec. 14, effective July 15, 2016. -- Amended 2015 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 49, effective June 24, 2015. -- Contingent effective date repealed 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 101, sec. 20, effective March 23, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky.
