(1) (2) A beneficial owner has the right to receive from the statutory trust or a trustee information relating to the affairs of a statutory trust which is reasonably related to the beneficial owner's interest. A governing instrument may impose reasonable limitations upon the use of any record of or information with respect to a statutory trust. Except as to limitations set forth in a governing instrument to which a beneficial owner requesting information has assented, the trust bears the burden of proof in demonstrating the reasonableness of any restrictions imposed.
