Download as PDF 324A.025 Officers of board -- Meetings -- Compensation. (1) (2) (3) The board shall elect a chairman each year at the first meeting called after appointment of new members. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum and may exercise all powers and duties established by the provisions of KRS 324A.020. The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter. Each member of the board shall receive actual and necessary expenses and mileage and shall receive two hundred dollars ($200) per day as compensation for each day spent on duties as a member of the board.
