Any person who violates any provision of KRS 317B.010 to 317B.060 shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than six (6) months, or be subject to both the fine and the imprisonment.
