(1) (2) (3) The board, before suspending, revoking, imposing probationary or supervisory conditions upon, imposing an administrative fine, issuing a written reprimand, or any combination of actions regarding any license under this chapter, shall set the matter for hearing pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B. After denying an application under this chapter, the board shall grant a hearing pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B. A licensee or applicant aggrieved by a disciplinary action of the board may bring an action in Franklin Circuit Court pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B.
