All policies of credit life insurance and credit health insurance shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state only by an insurer authorized to do an insurance business herein, and shall be issued only through holders of licenses, or authorization issued by the commissioner. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1305, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 19, sec. 10, effective June 18, 1970.
