(1) (2) Sixty (60) days prior to the regular session of the General Assembly in the year 2002, and sixty (60) days prior to each subsequent regular session of the General Assembly thereafter, the department shall submit a written report to the Legislative Research Commission and provide a detailed briefing. The report shall contain an evaluation of Kentucky Access, an evaluation of issues concerning high-risk individuals, and other information as the department deems necessary. Beginning no later than June 30, 2001, and annually thereafter, the Auditor of Public Accounts shall audit Kentucky Access and within sixty (60) days of completion of the audit shall submit a copy of the audit to the Legislative Research Commission and the Department of Insurance.
