It shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice for any health insurer or administrator as defined under KRS Chapter 304 to refuse to provide information requested by the Department for Medicaid Services under KRS 205.623, except when providing the requested information would violate any provision of federal law. Effective: July 15, 2008 History: Created 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 71, sec. 6, effective July 15, 2008.
