Local governments may adopt and enforce ordinances necessary to implement the noise control plan and any other program adopted pursuant to KRS 224.30-175. Such ordinances shall not be stricter than the standards promulgated by the state and federal governments. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky.
