No holder of a certificate of need for a new health facility shall sell, trade, or transfer a certificate of need to any other person. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 249, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1994.
