Download as PDF 194A.200 Compensation and expenses of members of the Council for Families and Children, the Public Health Services Advisory Council, and the Institute for Aging -- Members of citizens' councils not public officers. The members of the Council for Families and Children, the Public Health Services Advisory Council, and the Institute for Aging shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be allowed the necessary expenses incurred through the performance of their duties as members of this citizens' council. No member of a citizens' council shall be held to be a public officer by reason of membership on a council. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
