When the Public Health Services Advisory Council or the Institute for Aging is assigned responsibility for qualifying the Commonwealth for federal programs with representation and membership formulas that conflict with a particular council's membership, the secretary shall have the authority to create special subcommittees to these citizens' councils that meet federal requirements. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Amended 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 6, sec. 9, effective July 14, 2000. -- Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 426, sec. 15, effective July 15, 1998.
