Included within the application for a license to engage in business within this state as a manufacturer of motor vehicles must be a schedule specifying the compensation to be paid the manufacturer's dealers for parts, work and service in connection with warranty service and repairs which shall include compensation for diagnostic work, as well as repair service and labor. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 182, sec. 4, effective June 17, 1978.
