154.12-208 Annual report.

The corporation shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of its activities by November 1 of each year to the Legislative Research Commission and to the Governor, as required in KRS 154.12-2035. The annual report shall include, but not be limited to, descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each program, a summary of expenditures, and a detailed description of the participants.
