The chief of police in each city is encouraged to receive training on issues pertaining to school and student safety and shall be invited to meet annually with local superintendents to discuss emergency response plans and emergency response concerns. Effective: June 25, 2013 History: Created 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 126, sec. 6, effective June 25, 2013; and ch. 133, sec. 6, effective June 25, 2013. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/25/2013).
