The board of trustees of the policemen's and firefighters' pension fund shall make a report in writing, signed by the president and secretary of said board, to the legislative body of said city, of the condition of said pension fund, on the first meeting in September of the legislative body of said city in each and every year. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 164, sec. 43, effective June 17, 1978. --Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 9, sec. 22.
