(1) (2) The board may fix the respective salaries of its members on a per meeting basis not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) per meeting and not to exceed one (1) meeting per month. The board shall meet at least once a month at a time and place designated by the board and all meetings, except executive meetings, shall be open to the public. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 261, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1978. -- Created 1956 Ky. Acts ch. 207, sec. 17, effective February 28, 1956.
