The secretary of justice and public safety is authorized to establish a schedule of fees for issuing duplicate records of investigations, examinations, autopsies, and other records; provided, however, that one (1) copy shall be provided free of charge to the coroner and either the county or Commonwealth's attorney concerned. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Amended 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 148, effective June 26, 2007. -- Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 88, secs. 87 and 93, effective July 1, 1992. -- Amended 1982 Ky.
