317.530 Disposition of fees and charges collected by board.

(1) (2) All fees and charges collected by the barber board shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a separate revolving or trust and agency account established for the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter as it relates to the barber board. The cost and expenses of administering the provisions of this chapter including compensation to members of the board and its officers and employees shall be paid out of the State Treasury upon warrants of the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet according to law provided that the total expense of administering these provisions shall not exceed the fees and other charges collected by the board and available in the revolving or trust and agency fund account of the Kentucky Board of Barbering. All fees and charges collected by the board shall be available for the administration of the provisions of this chapter as it relates to the board, and for no other purpose.
