(1) (2) The barber board shall hold hearings upon the request of any person directly affected by the board's decision to refuse a license; deny or revoke a license; or suspend or place a licensee on probation. Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Final orders of the barber board as a result of any hearing may be appealed to the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
