An adult day health care program shall be required to provide skilled nursing services to Medicaid recipients only during the posted hours of operation. Effective: April 9, 2002 History: Created 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 277, sec. 1, effective July 15, 2002; and ch. 295, sec. 2, effective April 9, 2002. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2002). This statute was created by 2002 Ky. Acts chs. 277 and 295 with identical language. The two sections have been codified together.
