(1) (2) Reimbursement for physicians and dentists providing services to Medicaid recipients shall be increased to reflect budgeted provider profiles beginning October 1, 1990. Beginning October 1, 1992, reimbursement to physicians and dentists shall be increased annually in increments which represent a minimum seventy-five percent (75%) of the most recently reported annual change in the consumer price index as computed by the United States Department of Labor.
