To become a licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor under KRS 198B.560, a person must comply with the following: (1) Must have in his employ a certificate holder; (2) Comply with the minimum insurance requirements of KRS 198B.595; and (3) Make application to the commissioner for a license and pay the fees required. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 277, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 383, sec. 7, effective July 13, 1984.
