The clerk granting the license shall keep a record showing the name of the licensee, the date of the license and when it will expire, and the business or residence authorized. The clerk shall be allowed to charge a fee of two dollars fifty cents ($2.50), to be paid by the applicant. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
