Download as PDF 605.990 Penalties. (1) (2) Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter, other than KRS 605.080(4), shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Any person who intentionally violates KRS 605.080(4), shall be guilty of a violation. Effective:July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky.
