(1) (2) A person is guilty of sexual misconduct when he engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with another person without the latter's consent. Sexual misconduct is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective:January 1, 1975 History: 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 94, effective January 1, 1975.
