By January 1, 1995: (1) The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to implement its procurement of architectural and engineering services pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to 45A.835; and (2) The Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to implement its procurement of engineering services pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to 45A.835. Effective:July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 95, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1994.
