By January 1, 1991, a minimum of fifteen (15) percent of the purchases of garbage can liners by state agencies shall be starch-based plastic garbage can liners. The percentage shall increase by five (5) percent annually until fifty (50) percent of the purchase of garbage can liners are purchases of starch-based plastic garbage can liners. Effective:June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 123, sec. 11, effective June 20, 2005. -Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1990.
