Any agreement or collusion among bidders or prospective bidders which restrains, tends to restrain, or is reasonably calculated to restrain competition by agreement to bid at a fixed price, or to refrain from bidding, or otherwise, is prohibited. Effective:January 1, 1979 History: Repealed and reenacted as KRS 45A.325, 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 110, sec. 65, effective January 1, 1979. -- Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 126, sec. 1. -Created 1964 Ky.
