Appeals may be taken to the Court of Appeals from Franklin Circuit Court under the same conditions and under the same practice as appeals are taken from judgments in civil causes rendered by Circuit Courts. Effective:January 1, 1979 History: Repealed and reenacted as KRS 45A.255, 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 110, sec. 51, effective January 1, 1979. -- Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 181, sec. 4. -Created 1966 Ky.
