The board shall hold regular sessions at Frankfort, Kentucky, in January, May and September, beginning on a day to be fixed by the board, and such special sessions at such places as it deems necessary to expedite the business of the board. The board shall establish rules for its government and for the regulation of the method of pleading and practice before it. Any member thereof may subpoena witnesses, administer or cause to be administered oaths. History: Amended 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 193, sec. 1. -- Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 189, sec. 5.
