No part of the maintenance fund of the Workers' Compensation Board shall be diverted or used to accomplish the purpose of KRS 44.070 to 44.160. Any additional expenses which KRS 44.070 to 44.160 may impose on the Workers' Compensation Board shall be paid out of the appropriations from the general fund. History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 25, sec. 4.
