422.230 Order of court or bond filed therein -- How supplied when lost.

If an order of a court, appointing an administrator, guardian or any person to any place, station, or trust or, if the bond executed by any such person, or by an officer, is destroyed, obliterated, or lost, the court shall, by the appropriate proceeding, due notice thereof being given, supply the record, and require such person to execute a new bond, with good and sufficient sureties. If the person fails to execute a new bond when so required the court shall enter an order vacating his office or station. Effective:January 2, 1978 History: Amended 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
