Any action brought by the state under this chapter shall be brought within fifteen (15) years from June 12, 1940 or from the time when the cause of action accrued, whichever is the later date. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1621.
