393.190 Assistant Attorney General to aid county attorney.

On any action filed by a county attorney under the provisions of this chapter, the assistant Attorney General provided for in KRS 15.105 shall offer assistance and suggestions to the county attorney in the preparation of the petition or any pleadings, and revise and correct them as he considers necessary, subject to the ultimate approval of the State Treasurer, when he is required to sign them. This section was amended by 1994 Ky. Acts chs. 58 and 276 which are in conflict. Under KRS 446.250, Acts ch. 276, which was last enacted by the General Assembly, prevails.
